Blanket License :

a) a non-exclusive license permitting up to two thousand (2,000) tangible, mechanical, and for-profit copies of a recorded song using the beat, three (3) radio station rotations of such a song, two (2) video synchronizations of such a song, and one thousand dollars ($1,000) in performance earnings with such a song.

b) Performance License : a non-exclusive license permitting unlimited earnings for up to one (1) live show, concert, or stage event using the beat.

c) Synchronization License: a non-exclusive license permitting unlimited distribution, earnings, and display of a visual medium such as a television show/commercial, radio show/commercial, website, movie, software application, or video game using the beat itself as a soundtrack/background music.

d) Exclusive License: an exclusive license permitting unlimited distribution, unlimited performance, and unlimited synchronization rights with no earnings limit. You would be buying out the beat and it would no longer be offered for licensing in our catalog.
